RETURN POLICY:
All WSDS hidden cameras, surveillance equipment, nanny cams and other hi-tech equipment are special order items and are NOT subject to cancellations. Due to the nature of WSDS's product line, returns will only be accepted for products damaged upon shipment to the customer, or if the product has a manufactures defect. Which, in both cases, the product(s) will be repaired or replaced accordingly and RETURNED to the customer. All returns for damage or defects must be authorized by WSDS agent before product(s) is returned. All products must be returned in the original packaging.
All returns are subject to deductions for shipping costs and a 25% restocking charge and the product(s) must be returned within a five (5) day period from date of receipt of product(s). Special exceptions for returning your order may be made on a CASE-BY-CASE basis. We will NOT accept returns because the product is "too big", "too small", "does not fit in with the area", "not ordering cables with wired cameras" etc. If you have a question regarding one of our products, such as dimensions, where the camera is located in the item, etc., and you are unable to find that information on our website, please contact us by phone, (478) 277-2889, or by email. In the event we do authorize a return, WSDS will replace the product(s) or process a refund at WSDS's discretion. NO refunds will be given for products returned without explicit permission from WSDS.
A WSDS representative must authorize the return, and under no circumstances will returns be accepted otherwise. Authorization and shipping instructions must be obtained from WSDS Returns that are shipped to WSDS by the customer without prior authorization will be subject to refusal of package, and will be returned to the customer.
When returning the product(s), WSDS requires that the customer use a shipping method such as UPS, FedEx, or US Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, also insuring the package for the full value of the product(s). Using these methods will ensure safe delivery to WSDS. It is NOT recommended to ship the package via regular US Mail. Please notify WSDS with the tracking number or delivery confirmation number once the package has shipped.
SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
WARRANTY:
We guarantee all WSDS products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 1 year (unless manufacturer's warranty is longer) after sale to the customer. We replace or repair the product(s)at our option providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, or alteration.
